1. Welcome
& Introduction : The member secretary, Principal Dr.(Mrs.)Maya welcomed
the Nominee Chairman – Dr. Ashwani Sharma, Principal Scientist, NDRI Karnal &
other members of the VMC. It is the first meeting of the VMC after the joining
of the Principal and the members & the Nominee Chairman assured full
cooperation.

3. Construction
of new school building: It was decided to contact CPWD for speeding up
the construction of new school building within the stipulated period.
4.
Beautification of existing school building : To give the
school a better look it was decided to beautify it by painting the outerwall of
the classrooms upto three feet & whitewash the main building.

1.
The
Principal, Dr. Maya gave a warm welcome to the members of the
VMC.
2.
The
members took stock of the situation regarding the progress report of the new
school building where about 75% of the construction work is already over.
3.
It was
discussed to make the new campus lush green with more & more plantation during
the current monsoon season.
4.
It was
decided to take the senior students on an excursion to Kurukshetra. The Nominee
Chairman, Dr. Ashwani Sharma suggested to contact Mr. Trikha, Director of Multi
Arts Cultural Centre, Kurukshetra (near Brahm Sarovar). This centre stages plays
on relevant themes on Saturdays & Sundays.
5.
Opening of
Non-Medical stream in the KV was unanimously approved as many students face
difficulty after passing Class X from this school.
6.
All the
members agreed for the urgent need of purchasing Air Conditioner for the
Computer Lab & more furniture for the school Library.
7.
All the
members stressed the need for medical check up of the students immediately.
